King Construction has been providing Triangle homeowners with quality home
improvements since 1987. Our custom designed screen porches, decks, and sunrooms

Design & Material
When we work with you on a project, our first objective is to listen to
your ideas and needs. Through combining these parameters with our years of
building experience, we will create an addition to your home that will add
value, and provide that comfortable, relaxing spot you have been looking for.
A final product is only as good as its components. We construct our decks and
screen porches with premium NatureWood by Osmose, Inc. Our suppliers provide many clear grade products, as well as 18' and 20'
lengths. These products enable us to have more flexibility in design and
construction. These top grade materials, such as Larson screen doors and Velux
skylights, are used in aesthetically pleasing
designs, constructed with superior craftsmanship, and guaranteed with pride. We
provide added value services such as commercial grade TWP brand oil-based weatherproofing. This will
insure that your outdoor project will withstand the elements for extended years
of enjoyment.
